About Me

“I know what burnout feels like. I chose to listen to my own advice and leap into a life I love. I take risks, I challenge limits, and I’m here to guide you to do the same. Life is about choices—maybe it’s time to pick again.”

Originally from Yorkshire, I’m now happily settled in Greater London after moving here eight years ago for work. Leaving home at 16 shaped me into a strong, independent woman, and although I’ve been married and divorced a couple of times, I see each experience as a valuable lesson rather than a failure.

Choosing not to have children is a decision I’ve made without regrets, especially since my life is filled with children through family and friends, I am a god mum and, also a dog mum.

With 18 years of experience in various management roles in the corporate world, I’ve faced overwhelm, burnout, and demotivation. Investing in a life coach transformed my journey, made me think about all areas of my life, even the areas I didn’t think needed any attention, but guess what they did. I found balance, set boundaries, and became more confident as a person. I will always be work in progress and I will continue to work on myself and be the best version of me.

When my friends come to me for advice I often tell them that life is all about choices, encouraging them to pick again if needed. Taking my own advice, I took a leap of faith and launched my life coaching practice, embracing risks along the way. Today, I’m doing what I love with clients I cherish, enjoying a fantastic work-life balance, and feeling the best physically and mentally I ever have.

My mission is to help others unleash their true potential by shedding limiting beliefs and creating a life they adore, just as I’ve done.
